Measuring Microscope
A versatile measuring microscope capable of making precise measurements for all your microelectronic applications. The system can be retrofit with video imaging and automated image processing capability to further enhance your data collection process.
- Viewing Head - Either Monocular or Binocular configurations inclined at 30 degrees are available.
- Optics - 10X Focusing with dotted crossline reticule.
- Objectives - Infinity Corrected S. Plan M4X, M10X, M40X
- Illuminators - Transmitted, Reflected & Oblique
- Measuring Stage 50mm x 50mm (x-y) travel stage, with a 360 degree rotatable circular stage reading to 5' by verier, including 72mm diameter clear glass plate and two pairs of stage clips.
- Height Measurement - Dial Guage range 1mm, reading 0.001mm
- Focusing - Coarse (90mm range), Fine(2mm range)
